Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo

Upon arrival at Tokyo from your destination, our team will be there to greet you at the airport, assisting with currency exchange and other arrangements. Transfer to a charming restaurant for a delightful dinner experience. Afterward, check-in at the hotel and unwind in the Japanese-style themed spa complex featuring rejuvenating hot springs. Conclude the day with a delectable dinner at the complex before retiring for the night.

 

Day 2: Tokyo Exploration

After check-out, embark on a captivating tour of Tokyo. Discover the historic Imperial Palace, immerse yourself in the mesmerizing digital art at the TeamLab museum, and explore the artisan streets of ancient Tokyo in Asakusa. Indulge in a delicious dinner before continuing your exploration to Odaiba's artificial island, the iconic Ginza street, and the panoramic Tokyo City Hall observation deck. Later, transfer to Nagoya via the high-speed Shinkansen train and check-in at the hotel.

 

Day 3: KAIZEN Training

Engage in immersive KAIZEN training sessions led by seasoned veterans from Toyota and Lexus. Explore key principles such as the Toyota Production System (TPS), Total Quality Management (TQM), Just-In-Time (JIT) system, Kanban, and more. Conclude the day with a sumptuous dinner.

 

Day 4: Enterprise Visits

Embark on insightful visits to enterprise N1 (Sony Recycling) and enterprise N2 (NTN Bearing), gaining valuable insights into their operations and processes. Enjoy a delightful dinner following each visit.

 

Day 5: Further Enterprise Visits

Continue your learning journey with visits to enterprise N3 (Avex) and the Toyota Techno Museum. Conclude the day with a presentation of certificates before transferring to Kyoto. Enjoy a delectable dinner and check-in at the hotel.

 

Day 6: Kyoto Exploration

Discover the cultural riches of Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan. Visit iconic landmarks such as the Kinkakuji Golden Pavilion, the serene Rock Garden at Ryoanji Temple, and the enchanting Kiyomizu Pure Water Temple. Take time for shopping and savor a delightful dinner in the evening.

 

Day 7: Departure from Osaka

Transfer to Kansai Airport in Osaka for departure, bidding farewell to the captivating wonders of Japan.
